John C. Won

John was born and raised in Southern California.  He studied English Literature at the University of California Los Angeles, graduating with honors, before moving to the Bay Area with his wife. John earned his law degree from U.C. Hastings College of the Law. He has successfully defended clients across a broad range of legal areas, including personal injury, intentional tort, premises liability, landlord/tenant, real property, strict product liability, closed head injury, wrongful death, fire, construction defect, Unfair Business Practices (B&P Section 17200), environmental exposure, civil rights, and medical malpractice claims.

Before joining Frassetto Law LLP, John successfully represented a wide array of clients, including private individuals, health care professionals, businesses, municipalities and other public entities, and large institutions. A vigorous advocate for the interests of every client, John counsels and represents firm clients in every phase of a claim, from pre-litigation analysis and advice through jury verdict. His broad litigation experience includes appellate matters, where he has successfully presented oral argument before the California Court of Appeal.
